Meet Priya
Hello, I’m Priya Dwivedi, Principal Consultant and Founder of OnPoint Consulting NZ. With nearly 20 years of leadership in HR, Employment Relations, and Business Process Improvement,. I work with organisations to strengthen their people practices, simplify their systems, and create workplaces where both people and performance thrive. Over the past 15 years in New Zealand, I have supported businesses across Healthcare (Public, Not for Profit), FMCG, and Education, bringing hands-on expertise across a broad range of HR functions. My strength lies in connecting the dots between strategy, operations, compliance, and culture to ensure HR is not just functional, but something that you can measure.

My Background
I hold a Bachelor of Engineering Technology (IT) and an MBA in Strategic HR Management, along with certifications in PMP, PRINCE2 Foundation, and ITIL-4. This blend of technical, operational, and people-focused expertise means I bring both structure and empathy to every engagement.
Based in Auckland, I work closely with clients across New Zealand, helping them navigate challenges and build HR functions that are future-ready, resilient, and people-first.
