Consultations are virtual (video call) unless you'd prefer to meet in person in Auckland — just mention that when you book and we'll sort it out.
Cancellation policy
Life happens. If you need to reschedule, just let me know.
If you cancel with less than 6 hours' notice, there may be a cancellation fee of 50% of one hour at the relevant service rate. This covers the time I've held for you that I can't offer to someone else.
Genuine emergencies are treated as genuine emergencies.
