Admitted to the Bar in 2020 with a Bachelor of Laws, she brings hands-on experience as both a Labour Inspector at MBIE and an employment lawyer — giving her a well-rounded understanding of compliance, enforcement, and the practical challenges employers face.

Mizba advises on a wide range of employment matters, from disciplinary processes and medical incapacity to restructuring and employment agreements. She is known for her pragmatic, clear-headed approach and her ability to deliver outcomes that are commercially sound and legally robust.
