Living Wage accreditation
Demonstrate your commitment to fair pay
The Living Wage is the hourly rate a worker needs to cover life’s necessities and participate meaningfully in their community. As of September 2025, it’s $28.95 per hour, significantly above the minimum wage.
Becoming an accredited Living Wage Employer demonstrates your commitment to paying fairly, not just legally. It’s good for your people, good for your reputation, and increasingly expected by customers, clients, and employees who care about how businesses treat their workers.
Accreditation requires paying the Living Wage to all directly employed staff and to regular contractors (such as cleaners and security staff). The process involves an application, assessment, and ongoing annual fee based on your organisation size.
We offer a fixed-price package covering:
· Assessment of your current pay structures
· Identification of any gaps (including contracted workers)
· Cost modelling for achieving Living Wage
· Application preparation and support
· Ongoing compliance guidance
